Yankees Vs Rays Recap Match

The New York Yankees hit four long balls in Game 1 of the division series between the two teams on Monday night and defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 9-3.

Clint Frazier, Kyle Higashioka, Aaron Judge, and Giancarlo Stanton were the authors of these home runs. Stanton's long ball was a grand slam. The Bronx Bombardiers were the first team in American League history to score Grand Slams in consecutive playoff games. It is also the first time since 1956 that the Yankees have scored two four-point goals in the same playoffs.

Aaron Hicks brought up the other two points for the winners, who had a sacrificial ball in the first set and a single in the ninth.

The ball also traveled for the rays, but less often. All of their points were collected by Homer from Randy Arozarena and Ji-Man Choi.

On the hill, Gerrit Cole won after working six innings. He gave up three runs, six hits and two walks. He also spent eight opponents in the glove. The setback was taken by Blake Snell. The Rays starter allowed four runs in five innings.

In the other game of the night, the Astros, stormy world champion 2017, won 10: 5 against the Oakland Athletics. It's another surprise as Oakland finished 2nd in the American League while Houston only finished 6th. The two seeds of the American League therefore fell tonight, but want to catch up immediately, as the second game of the playoffs will be played the next evening. A busy night as the Dodgers-Padres and Braves-Marlins series will also begin at the other conference.
